i loved this a whole lot! i enjoyed seeing the different worlds and their themes and lore, as well as the overarching narrative! will be waiting for the full game for sure!

it’s haLope, pronounced as “hay-luh-pee”, but everyone ive heard pronounce it says it completely differently so don’t worry too much :-)
Noticed you had some worries about people understanding what to do at any given moment in the landlords domain, for what its worth it reads very well! I think some just have more troubles inherent than others more about their play style than the writing.
hi! i've never personally seen this error before, so i'm not entirely sure if these tips will fix it, but here are some things i've found looking around online: -if there's nothing plugged into your headphone jack, try that. It seems to solve the issue for a few people, for some reason... -alternatively, you can right-click the game.exe file and go to 'properties', and then the 'compatibility' tab. changing some settings there might help, if you're running an older version of windows.
other than that, it may just be an issue with your audio drivers, which i'm not entirely sure how you'd fix outside of updating them ^^;; my apologies if this didn't suffice!
Oh this demo is so!!!! Lovely!!! The colors, the art, the funky and memorable characters!!! [Cough LAndloRd] And gosh have i mentioned the colors? They work together so well in their own chapters and i cant help but just bask in the art in my playthrough! I am absolutely excited when if ever the game is finished, the whole mystery dark vibes but coated in a lovely style of yours is just✨✨✨👌👌💖MMMM
And although im a bit stuck on chapter two, [the part where you get the broomstick] I'll do my best to see the end of the demo🙏
it manages to be very cozy and homey while also being riddled with mystery and some tragedy, along the way. you can't help but feel for the people you meet, get involved in their little lives. chapter 2 hit particularly close to home and i'm really excited to what might come next.

like i thought the most obvious option was talking to the guy sweeping but no new dialogue showed up
hint: you need to get something from a character on the fourth floor first. it is not someone you find in the door maze.

you have to listen to the piano player's song all the way through first. he will give you an item that helps with the broom guy.

Played this one with the same friend when playing TiredSpace. This was also just a absolutely charming experience to play, can't wait to see the rest.

I really really really enjoyed the demo of this game!! The aesthetic and music and writing...everything felt so good!! I'm already super invested!

I love these type of exploration rpgmaker games, they're oddly comforting and atmospheric in a way. Only on chapter 2 so far but really enjoying it.
